Brand Identity Evolution

Capitec Bank has been the pioneer in moving South Africa’s unbanked market into formal banking relationships. Switch’s journey with Capitec began in 2008 when Switch undertook the re-branding of the bank. Our ongoing work includes the development of high-level design concepts, print collateral design, promotional and activation campaigns and maintenance of Capitec’s brand standards. In 2010 Credit Suisse named Capitec Bank a Great Brand of Tomorrow, an award bestowed on only 27 brands globally. Capitec was the only South African brand to receive this award.
